This window opening-closing device is composed of a lift arm (6) rotatably installed to a door panel for a car, a gear plate (7) being connected at one end of the lift arm and having a gear in a periphery, a drive mechanism being mounted on the door panel, being engaged with the gear for the gear plate (7) and moving the gear plate (7) and a movable rail fixed onto a window glass for the car and movably engaged at the other end of the lift arm (6). The projecting section (7a) is plastically deformed by forming a through-hole (6a) at one end of the lift arm (6) while the projecting section (7a) is formed to the gear plate (7), inserting the projecting section 7a of the gear plate 7 into the through-hole (6a) of the lift arm (6) and pushing the projecting section (7a) at that time, and the gear plate (7) is fixed at one end of the lift arm (6).
