Abstract:
To provide a wine maturation barrel and a manufacturing method of mature wine capable of producing wine which has a novel flavor.SOLUTION: A wine maturation barrel 1 includes side plates 2 made of a Mongolian oak material, and a top plate 3 and a bottom plate. Then, on an inner wall of the barrel 1, lacquer is coated. In a manufacturing method of mature wine, wine is stored in the wine maturation barrel 1 in which lacquer is coated on the inner wall and which contains the Mongolian oak material, and the wood having sandalwood flavor is brought into contact with the wine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
