To simplify a manufacturing process by such a manner as a WIP control warehouse is disclosed, as materials in a site are monitored and controlled in a warehouse center in order to avoid storage of the materials over a long period in the WIP control warehouse, and as the materials are distributed to a proper locator.
This system of the present invention has a step (step 400) for establishing a storage area, a selection area and a WIP control area, a step (step 410) for transferring the materials within the storage area to the selection area according to a work order(WO) in order to select the materials, a step (step 430) for transferring the materials within the selection area to the WIP control area according to an assembling order (KO) to conduct production, and a step (step 470) for returning the unused materials within the WIP control area to the selection area.
