This wiper blade comprises a plurality of holding pieces 18a-18e which are disposed continuous to each other, and bar-shaped spring members 19a-19c to connect the holding pieces 18a-18e, and has a holding piece assembly 20 curved in the longitudinal direction by the elasticity of the elastic members 19a-19c. Any one of the holding pieces 18a-18e is slidable with respect to the bar-shaped spring members 19a-19c. The holding piece assembly body 20 is fitted to a tip of a wiper arm, and the holding piece assembly 20 holds a blade rubber 21 to wipe a window glass surface. The holding pieces 18a-18e slidable to the bar-shaped spring members 19a-19c are tilted in a twisting manner with respect to the adjacent holding pieces 18a-18e, and the blade rubber 21 is allowed to follow the window glass surface.
