Abstract:
To provide a wiper control device capable of performing a control to restrict overrun that has occurred.SOLUTION: A wiper motor control circuit controls a driving circuit so that an actual speed 102 of a wiper speed calculated on the basis of a change in a rotation angle detected by a rotation angle sensor detecting a rotation angle of an output shaft of a wiper motor, becomes a target speed 98 corresponding to a wiper blade position indicated by the rotation angle detected by the rotation angle sensor, while controlling the driving circuit to perform brake energization to the wiper motor in the case the actual speed 102 exceeds a threshold value 108 when the rotation angle detected by the rotation angle sensor indicates the inversion position of the wiper blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
