Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure the quietness of a wiper at the time of low speed or stopping by providing a motor speed controlling means for driving said wiper at a set low speed of driving speed or less when the vehicle speed is above a defined value. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle speed above a defined value is detected by a vehicle speed sensor 13, the output of a controller 12 becomes high and the fixed contact 11c of a changeover switch 11 is grounded, to make a wiper device carry out an ordinary action. Then, when a vehicle speed less than the defined value is detected, the fixed contact 11c is intermittently grounded due to a pulse width control. As a result, a current is intermittently fed to the motor, which is rotated at a low speed. Thereby, the driving speed of the wiper becomes low, securing a desired quietness.
