To provide a drive device capable of canceling a shift in shaft core especially due to deforming wears of a wiping roller relating to a wiping device in an intaglio printing machine.
The wiping-drive device of the intaglio printing machine is provided with a driving-transmitting means which transmits the driving of a wiping-drive motor to the wiping roller 11 and a driving-transmitting-shaft moving means enabled for a driving-transmitting shaft to move, matching to the movement of the wiping roller 11. The driving-transmitting means is provided with a driving-transmitting shaft 7 connected to a desired location by a flexible joint 14, the wiping roller 10, a coupling 9 which connects the driving-transmitting shaft 7 to the wiping-roller shaft 10. The driving-transmitting-shaft moving means is provided with a driving-transmitting bearing 8 which penetrates for supporting the driving-transmitting shaft 7 through a penetration hole of a machine frame having a penetration hole, a driving-bearing fixing sub-frame for fixing the driving-transmitting shaft 7 through the driving-transmitting bearing 8, and a linear-movement mechanism to enable for the driving-bearing fixing sub-frame to slide in the penetration hole of the machine frame.
