Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping sheet where wiping performance is improved more, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A wiping sheet material consists of non-woven fabric consisting of ultra fine fiber whose average diameter of single fiber is 0.3-7.0 μm, and contains a backing layer and a sticking-up layer. The sticking-up layer has more than 50/mmof parts where the ultra fine fiber curves at curvature radius 5-300 μm. The ultra fine fiber is bicomponent fiber where two kinds of polyester polymer with intrinsic viscosity difference are laminated to side by side type along a fiber length direction, or bicomponent fiber where two kinds of polyester polymer with intrinsic viscosity form core-sheath structure with eccentricity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
