To provide a wire drawout device of flyer type which can certainly prevent the flyer from making an overrun using a simple structure and can always keep constant the drawout tension in good following-up after the change of the winding diameter.

A wire drawout device 10 is configured so that a wire M wound on a bobbin 1 is drawn out with the aid of a guide member rotating freely round the axis of the bobbin 1, wherein a braking member 18 in elastic contact through a coil spring 21 with the surface of a wire M formed on the bobbin 1 is arranged in a certain phase difference from the guide member and rotates together with the guide member, wherein the elastic contact force with the winding surface generated by the coil spring 21 changes with varying winding diameter of the wire.
