To satisfactorily feed wire wound on a reel without slack around the reel.
A center axial line 12A for the first rotation of the reel 12 is provided sideways, a center axial line 20A for the second rotation of a driving roller 18 is provided sideways and the peripheral surface 20B of the driving roller 18 is opposingly provided to the peripheral surface 21 of the above reel 12. The peripheral surface 23 of a driven roller 19 is made to approach or to come into contact with the peripheral surface 20B of the driving roller 18, and a center axial line 23A for the third rotation of the driven roller 19 is provided sideways. The above wire 9 is threaded between the peripheral surface 20B of the driving roller 18 and the peripheral surface 23 of the driven roller 19. By placing in lengthways the reel 12 on which the wire 9 is wound, if the wire 9 slackens, the slack is situated in the only lower part of the reel 12. The wire 9 is not locked together near the reel 12 or is not caught, and the wire 9 can be satisfactorily fed to a nozzle 8.
