On the holder body H1a, lead-out portions E that hold element electric wire groups 2 that extend outside, and guiding means that guide unbundled portions of the element electric wire groups 2 of the wire harness Wp are provided. The guiding means include first guide pieces 67a, 67a1 and 67a2 for branching the unbundled portions of the element electric wire groups 2 that constitute the branch Wc. The holder cover is coupled to the holder body H1a covering the unbundled portions of the element electric wire groups 2 that constitute the branch Wc.
