Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture various wire-netting products with different arrangement pitches of reinforcing bars even if arrangements are not changed and improve the production efficiency by welding two reinforcing bars sandwiched by electrodes at the first and second working positions separated by the specified distance.
CONSTITUTION: When a welding stage at the first working position is completed, a table control means 21 controlls table moving means 3a and 3b to set unit supporting tables 2a and 2b on the second working position. The distance between the first and the second working positions is half of the arrangement interval (p) of electrode units 1 in opposition. At that time, since the electrode at the second working station is set at the position to fill up a gap of the electrode at the first working position, when the electrode units 1 in opposition are started again at this second working position, vertical reinforcements 5 which were not welded at the first working position can be welded to horizontal reinforcements 4. In other words, when continuous welding is performed by the electrode units 1 in opposition at the first and second working stations, all vertical reinforcements can be welded to the horizontal reinforcements.
