PURPOSE: To easily set the winding condition for preventing double winding by providing an oscillating means for oscillating a movable table by an angle corresponding to a spiral twist angle made by a wire rod taken up every time the winding angle for the wire rod is reversed.
CONSTITUTION: A wire rod regular winding machine is provided with a take- upshaft 28 for supporting a bobbin B, and an aligning guide for guiding a wire rod W to reciprocate in the cross direction of the bobbin B in such a manner that the wire rod W is spirally aligned and taken up round the bobbin B. The take-up shaft 28 is supported on a movable table 25 which is freely oscillated centering round the vertical axis M intersecting perpendicularly to the axis L of the shaft, and every time the winding direction for the wire rod W is reversed, the movable table 25 is oscillated by an angle corresponding to the spiral twist angle made by the wire rod W to be taken up by an oscillating means. Thus, when the movable table 25 is oscillated by an angle corresponding to the spiral twist angle made by the wire rod W every time the winding direction for the wire rod W is reversed, the wound wire rod W and the wire rod to be wound make a straight line on a plan view.
