Abstract:
PURPOSE: To guide a cable for reversal, and thereafter, align it under tightly wound condition when a winding part of the cable arrives at the edge of a flange of a bobbin.
CONSTITUTION: A cable 6 is pushed downward so as to direct the bobbin 7 side by pushing means 3, 4, and while the twist to the direction opposite to the direction of the before stage is given the cable 6 by an oscillating means 5, and after the cable 6 is reversed automatically at the edge of a flange 7a, winding of the next stage is started under tightly wound condition.
