Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently and mechanically spread a coiled wire rod without generating a flaw on the wire rod.
CONSTITUTION: An unbound dense coiled wire rod C is made non-dense spreaded wire in the center axial direction by a device. A mounting arm 13 for the horizontally projecting coiled wire rod C against a frame 11 is vertically moved by back and forth movement of a rod of a cylinder device 14. Plural pieces 16 which are guided by a slide guide 15 and spreaded with specified distance between them from a densely collected state referencing the tip end of arm 13 by back and forth movement of a rod of a cylinder device 20 are arranged on the upper surface of the arm 13.
