Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, reduce the mass of a moving portion so as to enable a high-speed driving, and switch supply or cutoff of a wire by providing a driving member on the fixed side to switch the position to engage the follower roller with the cam or the position to disengage it while rotating the link supporting the follower roller to be engaged with the cam.
SOLUTION: When an outer peripheral cam 3 continuously rotates in the arrow direction synchronizing with a ram, a follower roller 7 pressed against the outer peripheral cam 3 is moved forward/backward by means of an air cylinder 9 energization and a feeding roller 20 intermittently rotates counterclockwise to feed the wire (a) at a fixed rate. When the supply of the wire (a) is stopped during the ram driving, the pressing air of an air cylinder 23 is discharged and a moving body 25 is protruded by the expanding force of a spring 29, and its slant face 26 is engaged with a slant face 28 of a link 5 and the follower roller 7 moves backward. When the moving body 25 is retreated by supplying the pressing air to the air cylinder 23, the follower roller 7 is engaged with the outer peripheral cam 3.
