Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wire tension control device for a winding machine capable of accurately setting fine tension.
CONSTITUTION: This wire tension control device is provided with pinch heads 7, 8 pinching a wire 3 fed to a winding machine with a pair of mirror-finished pinch faces 7a, 8a, a tension bar absorbing the tension fluctuation of the wire 3, and a linear motor 15 or a voice coil adjusting the pinching force of the pinch heads 7, 8 in response to the set input signal. The tension of the wire 3 is controlled in response to the driving force of the linear motor 15 or the voice coil.
