PURPOSE: To securely hold a wire, perform an uniform tension giving and improve the product quality by supporting one part at least of a pair of holding pieces freely rotatably centering around the shaft core parallel to the progressing direction of the wire for the holding arm.

CONSTITUTION: A holding piece 25 is provided freely rotatably in the arrow mark A direction with a horizontal axis 27 as the center on the 1st sheet spring 21. On the 2nd sheet spring 21 a holding piece 26 is provided freely rotatably in the arrow mark B direction with a vertical shaft 29 as the center. These holding pieces 25, 26 are formed by the elastic body of a hard urethane rubber, etc. and the rotation range is limited by brackets 23, 24 respectively. The holding can surely be performed by holding a wire 8 between the contact faces 25a, 25a of both holding pieces 25, 26 thus composed.
