Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire winding device capable of enhancing the productivity and realizing high space factor, an armature of a rotating electric machine, and a method for manufacturing the armature of the rotating electric machine.
SOLUTION: The wire winding device 11 comprises a control pulley 24, a servo motor 30, a winding pressing mechanism 42 and a flyer 16. A winding 14 pulled from a winding pack 15 is wound around the control pulley 24. The servo motor 30 feeds out the winding 14 by driving the control pulley 24. The winding pressing mechanism 42 generates a predetermined pressure in the winding 14 by pressing the winding 14 wound around the control pulley 24 against an elastic belt side provided on an outer circumferential part of the control pulley 24. The flyer 16 is disposed on the downstream side of the control pulley 24, and winds the winding 14 around a slot 13 of a core 12. The armature of the motor is manufactured thereby.
