This wire winding mechanism according to an invention comprises a tubular member 1 fixed to a bottom part 1a after a wire 2 is inserted thereinto, a bar-like member 7 to which the wire 2 is applied, and drive members (L, R) driving the bar-like member 7 in vertical direction, and is characterized in that the wire 2 can be wound by moving the bar-like member 7 downwards. The wire winding mechanism according to an invention in Claim 2 is characterized in that, in Claim 1, a suspended part of the wire 2 is formed by moving the bar-like member 7 upwards after the wire 2 is wound by moving the bar-like member 7 downwards. The wire winding mechanism according to an invention in Claim 3 is characterized in that, in Claim 1, the wire 2 is formed of a string, a thread, or a fishing line.
