To provide a wire with resisters having a function as a wire-break sensor.

The wire detects a position where the wire is broken by measuring electric resistance of the wire when an arbitrary position is broken. Thereby, it is not required to check all the wire when a wire for security is broken unlike before. Further, equivalent function can be provided in a low cost without using an expensive wire break sensor of a polling method and a monitoring device conventionally used.
