Abstract:
To provide an electric wire with a terminal capable of improving anticorrosion reliability while reducing cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: An electric wire 11 with a terminal comprises: an electric wire 11 that has a core wire 12 and a coating part 13 covering the core wire 12; a terminal 2 connected with the electric wire 11; and an encapsulation part 3 that covers a core wire exposure part 120 of the core wire 12 in a state where the electric wire 11 is connected with the terminal 2. The terminal 2 comprises: a mounting part 23 for placing the electric wire 11; a pair of core wire pressure-bonding pieces 24A, 24A extending from the mounting part 23 to caulk and pressure-bond the core wire 12; and a pair of coating pressure-bonding pieces 25A, 25A extending from the mounting part 23 to caulk and pressure-bond the coating part 13. In a state where the pair of core wire pressure-bonding pieces 24A, 24A caulk and pressure-bond the core wire 12, the pair of core wire pressure-bonding pieces 24A, 24A has a pressure-bonding part 240. A front-end part 13f at the core wire exposure part 120 side of the coating part 13 is provided so as to be overlapped with the pressure-bonding part 240.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
