A wireless transmitter 10 includes a wireless module 50 for wirelessly transmitting to a wireless receiver a communication frame containing a preamble code and a synchronizing code for establishing synchronism of frame transmission as well as identification information for uniquely identifying the wireless transmitter 10 through intermittent communication of transmission power of ≥0.001 mW and ≤0.1m and a duty of ≥0.05% and ≤0.20%, wherein, a data length of either the preamble code or the synchronizing code is 32 bits and a data length of the other is ≥16 bits and ≤64 bits.
