The mobile radio communication device 3 is provided with a radio LAN access point 31 for performing radio communication with the radio communication terminal, a mobile terminal 32 for performing radio communication with the public radio communication network, a first cache server 36 for storing a Web page accessed via the terminal 32, and a control section 33 for searching a Web page matching an access request from among Web pages of the server 36 when the radio communication terminal requests to access the Internet, and performing control to transmit the corresponding Web page to the radio communication terminal via the section 31 when the matched Web page is searched.
