Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of interference in a communication area of a radio communication base station, and a problem of increase in power consumption when a plurality of radio devices are operated at the same time.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a plurality of radio communication terminals (21-24), a plurality of radio communication base stations (11, 12), and a management device (31). The plurality of radio communication terminals transmit terminal radio device information at the time of communication start, and transmit radio quality information during communication. The plurality of radio communication base stations transmit peripheral base station list information at the time of operation start, and if after the start of operation using a first frequency, traffic at the first frequency has been at or above a defined value, they transmit traffic reduction request information. The management device, if it has received the traffic reduction request information, transmits control data to start radio communication by use of a second frequency to any of the plurality of radio communication base stations on the basis of the traffic reduction request information and the peripheral base station list information.
