To provide a radio communication terminal capable of dealing with a plurality of communication systems, which can efficiently acquire a communication system when it is determined that a transmission operation is performed even when the radio communication terminal is out of a zone.

Upon receiving a request of communication start in a status where it is determined that the communication terminal cannot perform communication because it is out of a zone, a control section 8 executes an acquisition processing start instruction for instructing acquisition of any one of a plurality of communication systems to a communication section 1. When executing the acquisition processing on the basis of the acquisition processing start instruction given within a predetermined time after the terminal is out of the zone, the communication section 1 executes first acquisition processing for acquiring a communication system in accordance with a first procedure, and when executing acquisition processing on the basis of the acquisition processing start instruction beyond the predetermined time after the terminals device is in the zone, the communication section 1 executes second acquisition processing for acquiring the communication system in accordance with a second procedure different from the first procedure.
