This device includes a cellular phone that is adapted to receive broadcast radio contents via a wireless network and an in-vehicle audio system that is adapted to be fixedly installed in a vehicle and coupled with the cellular phone so as to receive the broadcast radio contents from the cellular phone and reproduces the contents in the vehicle.
