Each wireless terminal is provided with a self-position detection means, and the communication available wireless terminals exchange self position data between them to select the wireless terminal, which can be communicated with each wireless terminal, exists at a position closer to a position of the command apparatus than the self positions of the wireless terminals, can be connected to the command apparatus, and exist at a position closest to the position of the command apparatus, for a relaying apparatus at the side of the command apparatus.
