Abstract:
To provide a wiring board and a display device, in which disconnection is made difficult to occur and connection stability can be secured.SOLUTION: A wiring board 12 includes an insulation film IF, a lower layer side conductive part LC1 arranged on a lower layer side with respect to the insulation film IF, and an upper layer side conductive part UC1 arranged on an upper layer side with respect to the insulation film IF. The upper layer side conductive part UC1 has an overlapping part 21A overlapping at least a part that includes an edge 20A of the lower layer side conductive part LC1, and a non-overlapping part 21B that does not overlap the lower layer side conductive part LC1. The insulating film IF has a first opening H1 arranged so as not to overlap the edge 20A of the lower layer side conductive part LC1 while overlapping a part of the overlapping part 21A, and a second opening H2 arranged so as to straddle the overlapping part 21A and the non-overlapping part 21B at a position spaced from the first opening H1, the second opening overlapping the edge 20A of the lower layer side conductive part LC1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
