Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drip-proof, moisture-proof properties, and detachment operability of a wiring connector for an illuminating lamp for shelve built in a showcase.
SOLUTION: This wiring connector is constricted by combining an electric outlet 8 in the electric power side and which is installed and buried in a back side panel of a case body and a plug 9 which is connected to a wire cord of an illuminating lamp for shelve to be inserted into the electric outlet 8 and the electric outlet 8 is so formed as to have a structure in which a socket part 8b is projected in a gun battery-like state in the center of the bottom of a cup-like installation base 8a and the plug is so formed as to have a structure in which an outer cylinder 8c is fitted in the installation base of the outlet while surrounding a connection pin 9b. In the circuit connector having such a structure for an illuminating lamp for selves, a cylindrical packing member 11 equipped with a fin is pressure-inserted in the circumferential face of the socket part 8b and in the outlet/plug connected state, the fin tip end of the packing member 11 is closely attached to the inner wall face of the plug outer cylinder in order to seal the connector and prevent infiltration of the electrode parts with liquid drips and moisture from the outside.
