A lower hinge 3D is provided with a base 31 with an erected cylindrical hinge pin 38, and a fastening hole 39 is opened in the base 31. The wiring cover 40 is made of synthetic resin, and it comprises a tray covering a lower part of the base 31. Rail grooves 43 slidably fitting on left and right side rims 35L, 35R of the base 31 are formed on both left and right sides of a top face of the wiring cover 40. A top face plate 41 is provided, a fastening protruding part 50 is protrudedly provided on the top face plate 41, and a slit 53 is cut out to form an easily deforming part 54. In the wiring cover 40, both side rims 35L, 35R of the base 31 are fit on the left and right rail grooves 43 and pushed in, the easily deforming part 54 is flexibly deformed downward midway, the fastening protruding part 50 is slidably pressed and pushed in the a lower face of the base 31, and when it is pushed in to a predetermined position, the easily deforming part 54 is deformed to restore to its original shape, and the fastening protruding part 50 is fit in the fastening hole 39 from below and prevented from loosening.
