Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a wiring operation while improving appearance without degrading the strength of a top plate and the supporting strength.
CONSTITUTION: The wiring 22 such as a feeder line, connector cable, etc., for an electric apparatus mounted on a desk can be passed through ducts 9, 11 from a through hole 7 provided in a top plate 1 and drawn out of either through hole 7 provided in both side plates 5 of the desk. When the wiring 22 is not inserted through the through hole 7 provided in the side plate 5, the through hole 7 can be closed with an opening and closing lid to improve the appearance and further not to degrade the strength of the rear part of the top plate 1.
