PURPOSE: To perform wiring between three-dimensionally arranged chips and the like by providing a plurality of light-receiving arrays which perform at least either of transmission of light or output of an electrical signal when a light is received from a space optical modulator or from outside.
CONSTITUTION: The light 4, which is passed through a space optical modulator 13, is made to irradiate on the third and the fifth light-receiving elements 16 and 16 from the front side. However, when the third light-receiving element 16 from the front is made of the material which transmits no light, for example, an electric signal 7 is outputted from an electric signal output terminal Y3 without transmitting the light 4 to outside. On the other hand, when the fifth light-receiving element 16 from the front is made of the material which transmits a part of the light, the light 4 is transmitted to outside, and an electric signal 7 is outputted from an electric signal output terminal Y5. Accordingly, an electric signal input terminal X1, and an electric signal output terminal Y5, an electric signal input terminal X2 and electric signal input terminal Y3 can be electrically connected.
