A wiring fixture (20) is provided with a converter circuit for converting AC power supplied from a power line to the wiring fixture (20) to DC power, a first terminal for outputting the AC power, a second terminal for outputting the DC power, and a first housing. The first housing has a first connection part for electrically connecting a functional unit (30) to the first terminal and a connection surface (22e) in which a second connection part for electrically connecting the functional unit to the second terminal is provided, wherein the connection surface (22e) is attached to a building material (50) in such a manner that the connection surface (22e) faces indoors. The connection surface (22e) is located further back than the surface (50a) of the indoor side of the building material (50) when viewed from the indoor side.
