Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten a manufacture process by inputting data for manufacture from the electronic computer of a host station to the electronic computer of a slave station and outputting the data as converted data which follows a wiring procedure. CONSTITUTION:The electronic computer 4 of the master station outputs data A for a reverse surface connection diagram and data B for a subjob on a tape. This data B is inputted to the slave-station electronic computer 13, which outputs an FROM-TO check list 14, type check list 15, tube marking tape 16, electric wire destination list 17, etc. The manufacture process is divided on the basis of those data into a line of electric wire formation 10 and a wiring line of tooling 9 and connection 11. For this purpose, the electric wire forming operation 10 is completed and the operation of connection 11 is also completed. Then, when the alteration, addition, etc., of the reverse-surface connection diagram 7 and the list 14 are necessary, they are checked during the operation of connection 11 or by a wiring check 19. Thus, wiring is completed 12 to obtain a finished product.
