A cutting pattern detecting means 4 detects a pattern to be cut on the basis of the pattern information and a cutting place detecting means 5 automatically detects an optimum cutting plate according to a predetermined condition. A connection candidate detecting means 7 detects connection pins as connection candidates according to the pattern information and a connection pin detecting means 8 automatically detects a connection destination pin which can be connected thereto by a strap according to the priority of the information as a connection source pin is specified.
