A joint 6 is installed in a fixing cover 5 of a machine tool. A joint 10 is installed in a unit 4. A joint cylinder 9 is arranged with an upper surface 8a of a support 8 moving together with the unit 4 as a junction place. In the joint cylinder 9, a bracket 11 is installed on the upper surface 8a of the support 8. The joint cylinder 9 can be rotated and rocked on a horizontal shaft at a right angle to the moving direction of the unit 4 to the bracket 11. The flexible wiring piping is connected between the joint 6 and the joint cylinder 9. The joint cylinder 9 changes a connecting angle according to a movement of the unit 4.
