Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring and piping connecting structure to a fluctuating rotary spray type retort sterilizer capable of connecting electric wiring, liquid piping, and air piping from the outside of a sterilizing tub to a rotary body rotatably set in the sterilizing tub.
SOLUTION: A rotation center shaft 6 of a rotary body 2 set penetrating through inside and outside of a sterilizing tub 1 is structured by a triplet of large, medium, and small, and an electric wiring passage 16, a liquid passage 17, an air passage 18 are independently formed respectively between the triplet structured pipes, the electric wiring passage 16 is connected to outside electric equipment through a slip ring 8 outside the sterilizing tub 1, and an outside air supply/discharge means and an outside liquid supply/discharge means are connected to the air passage 18 and the liquid passage 17 through a rotary joint 7 outside the sterilizing tub 1 respectively.
