Abstract:
To provide an Ampelopsis grossedentata beverage masking odor peculiar to an Ampelopsis grossedentata extract, unpleasant taste (astringent taste, bitter taste, harsh taste) and aftertaste (taste remaining in the mouth after drinking).SOLUTION: An ampelopsis grossedentata beverage contains grains. The grain is preferably one kind or two or more kinds selected from a group consisting of cereal crops (gramineae), pulse crops (leguminosae), and pseudo grains. The cereal crop is preferably barley or pigeon wheat, and the pulse crop is preferably soybean, black soybean or adzuki bean. The grain is a combination of barley and soybean, a combination of barley and corn, a combination of soybean and corn, a combination of soybean and black soybean, a combination of soybean and adzuki bea, or a combination of soybean and pigeon wheat, and especially, a combination of barley and soybean is preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: None
