The driving means 10 is provided with a plurality of sprockets 12 which are disposed with a prescribed pitch along a circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the tub 2, a chain 13 which is disposed along the outer circumferential surface 11 of the tub 2 so as to be engaged with the sprockets 12, and a driving source 14 which drives the chain 13.
