Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010271002
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a climbing kiln and a hole type kiln capable of suppressing generation of smoke and preventing failure of finishing of baking of ceramics.

A burner 22 is installed immediately before the upstream side of the intermediate wall 21. The burner 22 can be used as a blower for stopping fuel (gas, kerosene and the like) and blowing only air, and is installed within the secondary combustion chamber 20 so as to enable advance/retract itself. A grate 23 and a temperature sensor 24 are installed on the upper side of the intermediate wall 21 of the secondary combustion chamber 20. A partition wall 26 is installed in the vicinity of an inlet 25 of the secondary combustion chamber 20. Gas generated by secondary combustion is interrupted by the partition wall 26, sucked by an air current generated by an air blower 30 within a chimney and discharged without flowing back.
