To attain a wood flour solidification molding comprising an environment-friendly material with biodegradability and recyclability, superior in cutting aptitude and non-damaging to a cutting tool, moderately rigid, strong and capable of accurate cut-working, and further, having toughness and enabling a thin molding, in a wood flour solidification molding and a manufacturing method for the same.
The manufacturing method of a wood flour molding 1 comprises; a drying step (S10) to dry saw dusts and thinned wood chips 2 to 20 wt.% or less in moisture, a grinding step (S11) to pulverize it with a crusher to 150 μm in average particle size, first and second blending steps (A12, S13) to blend the wood flour with a polyol resin 3, an epoxy resin 4 and an isocyanate resin 6, a normal temperature press molding step (S14) to press mold it into a wood flour block at 200 kg/cm2 under normal temperature, a curing step (S15) to complete reaction of un-reacted parts and eliminate residual stress by standing the wood flour block, or a high frequency heating step (S16).
