Title:
WOOD PELLET FUEL COMBUSTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3919791
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood pellet fuel combustion system equipped with an ash removing device wherein ash on a combustion tray can be surely removed, a probability of failure can be reduced by reducing a rotary driving part, the rotary driving part itself is always cooled, and thereby the structure adapted for a high temperature can be dispensed with, and excellent cost performance can be also exhibited.
SOLUTION: The combustion tray 13 having a plurality of slit parts 14 are provided in a combustion part 25 under a combustion chamber 2 wherein a wood pellet (a) dropped from a charge chute 11 is accumulated and is burned, the slit part 14 is opened in a whole surface of the combustion tray 13 in a long and narrow form along the longitudinal or the lateral direction while keeping an aperture width into which the charged wood pellet (a) is not dropped, a horizontal slit 26 on a bottom surface and a vertical slit 27 on a side surface are connected with the same aperture width, a recessed and projecting part 39 of a rotary member 38 under the combustion tray 13 passes through the vertical slit 27 and the horizontal slit 26 of the slit part 14, and the ash on the combustion tray 13 can be removed.
