A wooden joist bracket 6 comprises a main body part 6a formed in a gate shape as seen in a section, and connection parts 6b extended back and forth from the both sides of the main body part 6a and having a structure connecting to a sleeper 7, and the wooden joist bracket 6 is pressed from above the ends of the sleeper 7 fitted onto sleeper brackets 8 at the both sides of a foundation to free a projection 6d of the connection part 6b toward the upper lateral groove 7a of the sleeper 7. Subsequently a vis is insertingly fixed to a horizontal groove 7c through a through-hole 6e.
