PURPOSE: To improve the function and appearance of a wooden tile by integrally laminating a size-stabilized wooden material on a cement high-rigidity plate to be used for paving.
CONSTITUTION: A cement high-rigidity plate 2 such as a plate pressure-molded with a kneaded material of cement and micro-silica or an asbestos cement slate plate is formed. A wooden material 3 injected with low-molecular weight synthetic resin such as urea or melamine into wooden pieces 31 is laminated and fixed on the plate 2. The wooden material 3 is installed on a graded backing layer via a mortar layer with the plate 2 faced downward. Floating and peeling can be prevented, corrosion and insect damage can be prevented, the size stability and cushion property can be maintained, and the soft reflection and appearance can be improved.
