Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a woodlike molded item with no fluffy surface, no generation of strain caused by molding and excellent dimensional stability and a woodlike product with soft hand touch and enough woodlike feeling
CONSTITUTION: A woodlike molding material prepd. by mixing a cellulosic fine particle 11 treated with grinding treatment and on the surface of which a white inorg. pigment 10 is under a biting condition with a polypropylene resin and molding the mixture is molded by extrusion or injection molding. A woodlike molded item wherein the face to be coated of this woodlike molded material is treated with grinding treatment and a coating is applied on the face treated with grinding.
