Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molded motor which can be effectively and simply assembled by so inclining a bottom of a frame that an angle to be formed to the bottom falls substantially within a special angle when a wavy washer is stood on the bottom of the frame.
CONSTITUTION: A molded motor is molded with a frame 4 in a cup state, and a bottom 16 is inclined toward a bearing housing 14. A wavy washer 15 is stood at the inclined bottom 16. An insulating layer is formed on a core 1, a winding 3 is wound thereon, the frame 4 is formed by premixing, and conveyed by an assembling line. When the washer 15 is thrown and dropped perpendicularly to the bottom 16 of the housing 14, the washer 15 becomes an attitude in which its lower end is slid to be stood on the housing 14. However, since an angle between the bottom 16 and the washer 15 becomes about 30 degrees less than 40 degrees, and its end is slid to be contained in a horizontal attitude in an inner bottom 17. Then, a rotor 10 mounted with a bearing 9, a bracket 7, and a screw 8 may be sequentially assembled.
