At the edges a and b of the plane blades 71 and 72, included angles, which are one between their flank and face, are set to be 28° or less. As the transferring means of the work W, pressure rollers 25a and 25b are provided so as to arrange these pressure rollers in correspondence with just before the cutting work positions of the plane blades 71 and 72.
