A word-of-mouth information management system 100 includes: a data collection unit 110 that causes a search robot program 120 to collect data about Web pages at predetermined intervals and store the data collected; a data extraction unit 111 that extracts word-of-mouth information from the collected data based on locations in the Web pages and stores the word-of-mouth information in association with write time; and a data transmission unit 112 that receives an authentication request from the terminal 200 of a predetermined provider, collates the information indicated by the authentication request with authentication information in the storage unit 101, reads the stored word-of-mouth information and write time about the predetermined provider from the storage unit 101 if both information match, and transmits a list of word-of-mouth information sorted in the order of write time to the terminal 200.
