Title:
WORK AMOUNT DETECTOR FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10309094
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide means being controlled under the action of works parameters based on means different from conventional technologies by forming an electronic memory and a time base using a vibration quartz formed in an electronic circuit and storing the work time of an electric motor based on the time base.

A PROM array memory 5 is formed as a component of an electric circuit 2 constituting a work amount detector and a data is erased or written every time when an electric motor is started. Furthermore, an RC oscillator 6 is formed as a time frequency forming section and the operating time of the electric motor is grasped roughly, in units of hours, using the time frequency. The RC oscillator 6 delivers a signal to a writing logic circuit 7 for storing the start state and the rotational state of the motor during the operating of the electric motor and the output signal from the writing logic circuit 7 is stored in the memory 5. At the same time, a data detector 8 connected in parallel with the terminal of the electric motor delivers a signal to the logic circuit 7.
